During Kadeem Alexander's interview I asked him the following questions, what type of mindset should you have to establish your own business? What is the difference between being your own boss and having a regular 9 to 5? What are some tips you can give others who want to start their own business? Here is his response...
"To go into business for yourself, one must be the type of person who is willing to accept challenges. If you’re a person who likes to take the easy route or one of those “I do my job and I go home” type of people, that doesn't like to be bothered with work after 5 o clock, then going into business for yourself might not be for you. Whatever project you decide to take on, you need to be fully passionate about. Your passion is ultimately what’s going to allow you to flourish more than any of your particular talents. When you love what you do, it shows in your work, and you will be successful."
